This company is seeking a talented Process Chemist to join their Technical team and play a crucial role in optimising existing processes and introducing new products. As the Process Chemist, you will work closely with colleagues across various departments. This is a permanent role is a competitive salary and is based in the midlands area. Your key responsibilities as the Process Chemist will include: Conducting experiments to support proposed process changes Assisting in the identification and evaluation of process improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Production department Providing support during the implementation of process changes Helping to analyse production data to drive continuous improvement Contributing to troubleshooting production issues Supporting the scaleup of new products Maintaining accurate records Person: Recent degreein Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, Interest in chemical manufacturing and process development.
