Performance Engineer (Permanent)

Job Title: Remote Optimisation Engineer Location: Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (6-6 or 10-10 shifts), with 2/4 days on-site

We are seeking a Remote Optimisation Engineer to provide remote support to clients, manage helpdesk tickets, perform basic energy investigations, and carry out remote Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for energy optimisation. You will play a key role in improving energy efficiency across a range of sectors, including retail, commercial, and hospitality.

Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve client issues within SLAs
Conduct remote PPM and energy investigations
Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration systems
Knowledge of HVAC/mechanical plant operations
Experience with fault finding and BMS software
