Our client is looking for a Customer Engagement Operations (CEO) Specialist to support the development and delivery of impactful, compliant promotional and educational meetings with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and organisations (HCOs).
In this role, you will collaborate closely with In-field Teams, Brand Teams, Medical Review, and Ethics & Compliance to ensure that speaker meetings and HCP interactions are both effective and compliant with internal policies and the ABPI Code.
- Review, approve, and support HCP and speaker meetings in line with compliance standards.
- Train new team members on in-field meeting procedures and compliance requirements.
- Use systems like PromoMats, SharePoint, and Veeva to manage meeting workflows.
