Role: Manufacturing Lead

Type: Permanent

SRG are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Lead for a successful client based in South Wales. As Manufacturing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting high EHS standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
  • Promote safety through EHS awareness
  • Incident controller in the event of a site emergency
  • Manage budgets and cost control

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role within a highly regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, or other relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
