Role: Manufacturing Lead

SRG are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Lead for a successful client based in South Wales. As Manufacturing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting high EHS standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
- Promote safety through EHS awareness
- Incident controller in the event of a site emergency
- Manage budgets and cost control
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role within a highly regulated industry
- Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, or other relevant regulatory frameworks
