About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Planner to join our team and lead the planning and optimisation of preventative maintenance schedules. This is a key role ensuring compliance, reliability, and efficiency across all engineering operations. You will be the central point for CMMS (Maximo) management, contractor coordination, and SAP purchasing for parts and service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise preventative maintenance schedules to maximise equipment reliability.
- Ensure all required parts and resources are available for planned maintenance activities.
- Manage lubrication standards, breakdown analysis reports, and compliance metrics.
- Coordinate external contractors for planned service and maintenance work.
- Work closely with the Controls Team to plan calibration activities and manage external testing providers.
- Lead SAP purchasing for parts and service contracts.
- Support TPM initiatives to reduce downtime and improve OEE year-on-year.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Deputise for the Maintenance Manager when required.
