Role Summary

SRG is looking for a Logistics Strategic Project Implementation Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the implementation of SAP system separation and the operational separation of the Joint Venture and Logistics operation across impacted sites. The PM will ensure alignment between different sites, coordinate cross‑functional workstreams of Supply Chain and DTS for warehousing and transportation, and act as the single point of contact for stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and align a cross‑functional project team including DTS (Digital Technology Services), Logistics Central Support, and site Logistics SMEs from both within the company and 3rd party partners.
  • Identify change management risks/opportunities throughout the program life cycle.
  • Provide stakeholder management within the Logistics Team and work closely with the Logistics PMO.
  • Support the shaping, steering, and implementing of a consistent approach and message with a specific focus on balancing business continuity with the need for meeting wider project deadlines.
  • Understand trade‑offs and facilitate decision making process with cross‑functional teams and leadership.
  • Ensure milestones are tracked and updated both in the Targetprocess tool as well as any offline tool the teams might be using for more detailed action tracking.
