Role Purpose
The Transport Consultant acts as a subjectâmatter expert for transportation processes, supporting operational stability, system enhancements, and process standardisation across EMEA logistics operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Transportation Process & System Consulting
- Provide SME guidance for transportation processes.
- Support issue resolution and rootâcause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to standardised logistics execution processes.
- Develop and maintain training materials.
- Deliver training to key users and end users.
- Support readiness during system upgrades and enhancements.
- Propose and validate logistics enhancements.
- Lead business design, testing, and implementation.
- Apply LEAN methodologies for efficiency.
- Support strategic transportation projects.
- Participate in testing for system landscape upgrades.
- Contribute to S/4HANA logistics design and adoption.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong SAP logistics and transportation system knowledge.
- Effective stakeholder and crossâfunctional communication skills.
Education
- Degree preferred.
- Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.
