Role Overview
Senior Process Engineer – Permanent, Oxfordshire. SRG is expanding and seeks an engineer to support design, optimisation and scale‑up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process design work (modelling, PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances)
- Translate lab and pilot data into scalable process solutions
- Participate in HAZID/HAZOP and ensure high safety standards
- Contribute to scale‑up strategy and process innovation
- Mentor junior engineers and support cross‑functional project delivery
Qualifications & Criteria
- Degree in Chemical Engineering (Chartered desirable)
- Strong industrial process engineering experience, ideally with scale‑up exposure
- Background in clean‑tech
- Skilled in process modelling and safety/risk assessments
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable leading workstreams
