SRG is partnering with a leading manufacturer of personal and home care aerosols to find a Development Chemist to join their NPD team in Irvine.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and develop new and existing homecare/personal care products
- Manage projects from lab scale to full production
- Perform testing: wet chemistry, stability, and performance
- Review raw materials and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards
- Degree in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science
- 3+ yearsβ experience in formulation of homecare, biocides, aerosols, or detergents
- Experience working in a fast-paced laboratory environment
- Knowledge of detergent or cosmetic regulations
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
