Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate to join our clients Data and Analytics team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and gain hands-on experience in AI, data analysis, visualization, and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Data Management and Integration:
- Work with Palantir ecosystem to manage and integrate complex datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across different platforms.
- Participate in data governance and quality assurance processes.
- Learning and Development:
- Gain hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX functions, and report design.
- Learn and apply best practices in data engineering, data visualization, and business intelligence.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.
- Project Support:
- Contribute to ongoing data and analytics projects, providing support in areas such as data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Familiarity with data management platforms, especially Palantir ecosystem, is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R or TypeScript is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- To be considered for this role applicants must hold long term RTW in the UK (British passport or ILR)
