Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT supplier and commercial manager with a strong background in software and hardware procurement, supplier management and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT procurement activities.
- Manage software, hardware, cloud and telecom categories.
- Run tenders, RFPs, RFQs and contract renewals.
- Manage strategic third-party suppliers and governance reviews.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
- Drive supplier performance and cost optimisation.
- Partner with Technology, Finance and Legal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance and risk management.
Required Experience
- 5+ years IT procurement experience.
- Software and hardware procurement expertise.
- Strong third-party supplier management background.
- Commercial negotiation and contract management experience.
- Experience delivering savings and value creation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- SAP Ariba, Coupa or Jaggaer knowledge.
- CIPS qualification or relevant experience.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Experience using Gera and/or Certa platforms for supplier management and third-party risk.
- Supplier onboarding, due diligence and compliance experience.
