SRG are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Planning Engineer on a permanent basis, based in Redditch. As the Maintenance Planning Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining equipment performance, reducing downtime and ensuring maintenance activities are effectively planned, documented and executed. This role offers a blend of maintenance administration and hands‑on mechanical engineering support.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing maintenance schedules, documentation and records
- Coordinating spare parts sourcing and procurement
- Supporting preventative maintenance programmes
- Assisting with equipment troubleshooting and breakdown response
- Tracking maintenance metrics and producing performance reports
- Maintaining asset management systems and equipment records
- Developing operating procedures and maintenance instructions
