A leading life science organisation are looking to recruit an Associate/Junior Project Manager to assist with the delivery of the company’s projects/goals. This would be the perfect role for someone who is looking to transition their career into project management.

The successful Associate Project Manager will work to support the company’s busy project management team. Their duties will include:

  • Support the management of projects through the company from start to finish
  • Help to keep projects on time and ensure costs are covered in quotes/proposals
  • Liaise with all the relevant departments involved in each project
  • Attend meetings and develop key relationships
  • Provide support to the Project Manager for preparing meeting minutes
  • Work on relevant project documentation
  • Generate additional quotes if required, sending to internal clients for approval

The successful individual will have the following experience:

  • A BSc or above in a relevant scientific subject or equivalent experience
  • Experience within industry working to GMP standards
  • Experience in a customer focused environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Any experience dealing with clients and customers would be beneficial
