An exciting opportunity is available for an Analytics Business Partner to support commercial and strategic initiatives through data-driven insights in a leading pharmaceutical environment.

Location: Castleford

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £55,000 + Benefits (including private healthcare, company car/allowance, and bonus scheme)

What you’ll do:

• Partner with business leaders to define key analytics projects.
• Develop robust data visualization solutions (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
• Drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver scalable insights.
• Lead the rollout of modern data platforms and promote analytics best practices.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong background in business analytics, BI, or data science.
• Proven experience in commercial analytics (pharma or healthcare is a plus).
• Hands-on expertise with data tools (Power BI, SQL, data warehousing).
• CRM/ERP knowledge (Salesforce, Veeva, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
