QC Scientist Greater Manchester SRG are recruiting for a QC Scientist to join a highly successful CDMO based in Greater Manchester.

Growing rapidly, the business specialises in taking products from discovery, all the way through early-stage trials and to approval.

Due to continued growth and expansion of the business they are seeking to hire a QC Scientist to join their team in Greater Manchester to support the QC testing of products and assisting with Method Development & validation activities.

Key Responsibilities Hands-on analysis of products using UPLC/HPLCConduct routine pharmacopeial testing, including: IR identification Appearance testingp H testing Content uniformity Dissolution testing Water content analysissupporting method transfers, validations and method development activities for assays, related substances/impurities, dissolution and cleaning validation methods.

Supporting root cause investigations into deviations, non-conformance's and out-of-specification (OOS) results, and implementing appropriate CAPAs.

Qualifications & Experience Degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a similar experience within a related field Prior experience in a Quality Control role within a GMP pharmaceutical environment.

Hands on experience with UPLC / HPLCPrior experience working with Oral Solid Dose forms & Dissolution testing would be advantageous Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
