Overview
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value pharma projects, coordinating timelines, budgets, and quality between customers and site teams. You’ll work across functions such as Business Development, R&D, Operations, Quality and Finance to drive projects from kick-off to completion. You’ll maintain clear project documentation, anticipate scope changes, and contribute to improvements in how the PM function operates. This is a senior, autonomous position with exposure to international sites and major clients, offering meaningful impact in a growing organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client projects with focus on scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones
- Serve as primary client contact, keeping stakeholders informed and confident
- Create and maintain organized project documentation and risk logs
- Identify and address scope changes and issues early, collaborating with clients
- Monitor project finances and contribute to revenue reporting
- Coach and development lesser-experienced team members
- Help shape improved ways of working across the wider project management function
Key requirements
- Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record managing client relationships in a PM capacity
- Experience in contract manufacturing or a CRO environment
- Confidence leading cross-functional teams and obtaining stakeholder buy-in
- Good grasp of GMP and regulatory landscape
- Relevant science-based degree
- Formal project management training or certification is advantageous
- Proficient with standard project management and office software
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
