SRG Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers for ongoing general haulage and container work in Southampton.
We're working on behalf of a respected and established commercial freight company that can provide reliable, year-round work for the right drivers. The role will involve working with Curtainsiders, Trunking, and/or containers. Whether you're looking for consistent shifts, ad-hoc opportunities, or weekend work, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Full UK C+E licence with a minimum of 1 years' experience
- Valid CPC and DIGI tacho card
- No DD, DR, DG, or IN endorsements
- Solid understanding of Working Time Directive and Driver's Hours
- Flexible and reliable work ethic
- DP World Certificate required for container work
Benefits:
- £19.00 per hour (Monday-Friday nights, umbrella)
- Guaranteed 10 hours per shift
- Start times between 17:00 and 18:00
- Enhanced weekend rates available
- PAYE options upon request
