We are seeking a number of class 1 C+E LGV 1 HGV 1 drivers to cover refrigerated work for a well-known hauler in Portsmouth who can offer year-round work for the right candidates.
Delivering and collecting from local and regional distribution centres as well as farms and pack houses across the UK. The company operates 24/7, so various shifts available on days, nights and weekends. The shifts can be long so plenty of overtime available. 4 on 4 off rota available along with 5 on 3 off day and night rota.
Requirements:
- Full HGV Class 1 license with proven track record of UK driving experience
- Valid CPC & DIGI card
- No DD, DR, DG, IN endorsement codes
- A good understanding of WTD and Drivers hours
- Good understanding of the English language (written and spoken)
- Flexible, reliable approach to work
Benefits:
- PAYE rates:
- Days £16 per hour Monday to Friday
- Nights £19 per hour Monday to Friday
- Saturday Nights £20 per hour
- Sundays £21 per hour
- Guarantee of 10 hours per shift Monday to Sunday
- All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
