We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Analyst to work on analyzing and optimizing our software systems. The role involves evaluating software applications, identifying areas for improvement, collaborating with development teams to enhance system functionality, and ensuring optimal performance of all software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Software Analysis & Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing software systems to identify issues, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop and recommend software solutions that align with business needs and enhance system performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement necessary system changes. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of software applications. Requirements Gathering & Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document software requirements for new projects or system upgrades. Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and technical teams. Ensure alignment between software solutions and business objectives through detailed analysis and feedback loops. Testing & Documentation: Develop and execute test cases to validate software functionalities and ensure smooth performance post-implementation. Document all software analysis findings, testing results, and system modifications. Prepare user manuals and technical documentation for end-users and support teams. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and report on software performance metrics, identifying trends and areas requiring attention. Generate detailed reports to support decision-making and drive system enhancements. Qualifications: Proven experience in software analysis, including troubleshooting and optimizing complex systems. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to work with cross-functional development teams. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ for software analysis. Experience working with databases and data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
