SRC Ecosystem is building an integrated digital infrastructure for global trade finance, connecting SMEs, exporters, importers, institutional lenders, and trade stakeholders through AI, blockchain, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.

The platform is designed to support the trade lifecycle, including business onboarding and compliance, trade creation and execution, verification of trade milestones and documentation, financing origination, tokenization of eligible trade assets and collateral, and transaction settlement and repayment.

SRC Ecosystem aims to improve the transparency, verification, and operational efficiency of trade finance while enabling lenders to access qualified financing opportunities and businesses to connect with appropriate funding sources.

The ecosystem also includes the $SRC token, with a separate fundraising strategy intended to support the company’s development, ecosystem expansion, and market growth.

Role Overview

SRC Ecosystem is seeking a commercially driven Head of Investor Relations & Capital Partnerships to lead two strategic growth functions:

  • 1. Institutional lender acquisition
  • Build relationships with banks, private credit funds, trade finance institutions, debt funds, alternative lenders, family offices, and other qualified capital providers to onboard them as lending partners and develop a pipeline of financeable trade transactions.
  • 2. Token fundraising and investor relations
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with qualified investors, venture capital firms, Web3 investment funds, digital asset investors, strategic investors, and other appropriate capital sources for the $SRC token fundraising strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Institutional Lender Acquisition
  • Develop and execute a strategy to onboard institutional lenders and financing partners to SRC Ecosystem.
  • Identify and approach banks, private credit funds, trade finance lenders, alternative lenders, debt funds, family offices, and specialist commodity finance providers.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, including Heads of Trade Finance, Chief Investment Officers, portfolio managers, credit heads, private credit partners, and investment directors.
  • Present SRC Ecosystem's technology, transaction workflow, verification capabilities, and financing opportunities to prospective lending partners.
  • Develop a qualified pipeline of lenders with defined investment criteria, target geographies, eligible commodities, ticket sizes, risk appetite, and financing structures.
  • Coordinate the assessment of lender requirements and match suitable trade financing opportunities with relevant capital providers.
  • Facilitate introductions, meetings, platform demonstrations, due diligence, and commercial negotiations.
  • Support the onboarding of lenders and the development of repeat financing relationships.
  • Establish strategic partnerships that can support recurring financing volumes and longterm lender engagement.
  • Work with the CEO and commercial team to prioritize opportunities by financing capacity, execution readiness, and strategic value.
  • 2. $SRC Token Fundraising
  • Lead investor outreach and relationship management for the $SRC token fundraising strategy.
  • Identify and engage suitable venture capital firms, Web3 and digital asset investment funds, token-focused funds, strategic investors, and other eligible capital providers.
  • Build a structured investor pipeline covering seed and private-round investors, strategic participants, and relevant later-stage capital sources.
  • Present the SRC Ecosystem investment proposition, technology, business model, market opportunity, commercial strategy, development milestones, and token economics using approved materials.
  • Coordinate investor introductions, pitch meetings, follow-ups, due diligence, and investment discussions.
  • Manage investor communications and maintain accurate records of investor interest, qualification, objections, and next steps.
  • Support negotiations concerning investment structure, valuation, token allocation, vesting, lock-up arrangements, and other proposed terms, subject to CEO approval and applicable legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance advisers to ensure fundraising communications, investor eligibility, and transaction documentation are handled appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors beyond the initial fundraising process to support future capital requirements and strategic opportunities.
  • Help build a credible investor network that supports the longterm development of SRC Ecosystem.
  • 3. Strategic Capital Partnerships
  • Build relationships with institutional capital providers capable of supporting both ecosystem development and trade financing activities, where their mandates permit.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic investment, co-financing, financing partnerships, and introductions to relevant capital networks.
  • Represent SRC Ecosystem in investor meetings, industry events, private capital forums, and relevant trade finance and digital asset conferences.
  • Develop partnership proposals tailored to the commercial and investment objectives of prospective counterparties.
  • Coordinate with the CEO to prioritize relationships that can deliver measurable financing capacity, fundraising progress, or strategic market access.
  • 4. Investor Relations and Reporting
  • Maintain a centralized and well-documented investor and lender relationship pipeline.
  • Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, qualified prospects, meetings, due diligence, negotiations, and closed outcomes.
  • Prepare investor updates and coordinate responses to investor questions using approved company information.
  • Collect and communicate market feedback regarding investment appetite, lender requirements, token economics, and the company's positioning.
  • Ensure professional, timely follow-up and consistent communication with prospective and existing stakeholders.
  • Protect confidential company, investor, lender, and transaction information.
  • Candidate Profile
  • Required Experience
  • Proven experience in investor relations, capital raising, institutional business development, private credit, trade finance, investment banking, venture capital, or digital asset fundraising.
  • Demonstrable ability to establish relationships with senior decision-makers and convert introductions into substantive commercial discussions.
  • Experience engaging institutional investors, lenders, investment funds, or strategic capital partners.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities independently and maintain a disciplined CRM and reporting process.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Direct relationships with trade finance lenders, private credit funds, banks, commodity finance providers, family offices, or institutional investors.

  • Familiarity with receivables finance, invoice factoring, reverse factoring, warehouse finance, pre-shipment finance, or other asset-based trade finance structures.
  • Understanding of token economics, SAFTs, private token placements, vesting arrangements, and digital asset investment due diligence.
  • Experience working with international counterparties across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
  • An established network of qualified investors and/or institutional lending decision-makers.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated against measurable commercial results rather than outreach volume alone.

  • Lender acquisition
  • Number and quality of qualified institutional lender relationships developed.
  • Number of lenders completing due diligence and platform onboarding.
  • Financing capacity represented by active lender partnerships.
  • Value and volume of qualified trade financing opportunities introduced to lenders.
  • Financing transactions progressed to approval, execution, and repeat business.
  • Token fundraising
  • Number of qualified investors engaged and progressing through the pipeline.
  • Value of credible investment interest generated and advanced through due diligence.
  • Number of investor meetings progressing to substantive investment discussions.
  • Capital commitments secured and successfully closed, subject to the agreed fundraising mandate.
  • Quality and strategic value of investor relationships established.
  • Execution and reporting
  • Accuracy and consistency of pipeline reporting.
  • Timeliness of investor and lender follow-up.
  • Quality of relationship management and due diligence coordination.
  • Achievement of mutually agreed quarterly objectives.

Targets will be established with the CEO according to available resources, fundraising timelines, and the maturity of each pipeline.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first six months, the successful candidate should have established a qualified network of institutional lenders and prospective token investors, developed a transparent and actionable relationship pipeline, advanced priority prospects through due diligence, and contributed to measurable progress in lender onboarding, financing opportunities, and fundraising.

The objective is not simply to generate introductions.

It is to develop durable capital relationships that support SRC Ecosystem's commercial adoption, financing capacity, and longterm growth.
