What are we looking for:
We are expanding rapidly and looking for exceptional individuals to join our transport team – could that be you?
- An enthusiastic, positive, confident, and committed driver who learns quickly and works well under pressure in a busy team environment.
- Must have a Class 2 HGV Licence with no more than 6 points.
- Must have an in-date Driver Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (CPC).
- Strong communication skills, willingness to take instruction, cooperative, flexible, and confident enough to ask for help when needed.
- Good knowledge of southeast road networks, willing to work in and out of London as required.

Job Description:
- Operate an HGV Tipping vehicle safely and professionally, delivering products to customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Safe vehicle loading, unloading, and tipping of aggregate and waste products.
- Conduct daily walk-around vehicle checks and record defects accurately.
- Use driver defect app, Sat Nav, and electronic POD.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deliver in a timely and safe manner, acting as an ambassador for SRC Group.
- Drive safely, minimize damage, and report incidents or accidents.
- Follow laws, highway code, environmental requirements, and company policies.
- Operate a digital tachograph and understand tachograph and working time legislation.
- Keep the vehicle clean inside and out, removing contaminants as needed.
- Perform other duties as required by the company.
