What we are looking for
We are expanding rapidly and looking for exceptional individuals to come on board and add value to our transport team – could that be you?
- An Enthusiastic, positive, confident, committed driver who learns quickly and is happy working under pressure in a busy team environment.
- Must have a Class 2 HGV Licence with no more than 6 points.
- Must have an in-date Driver Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (CPC).
- Needs to have strong communication skills, a willingness to take instruction, be cooperative and flexible and be confident enough to ask for help where needed.
- A driver with good working knowledge of southeast road networks, happy to work in and out of London as required.

Job Description
Operate an HGV Tipping vehicle in a safe and professional manner, delivering products to our customers, providing an excellent customer service.
- Safe vehicle loading and unloading/tipping of multiple aggregate and waste products
- Be able to conduct daily walk round check inspections of the vehicle and record defects accurately
- Ability to use a driver defect App, Sat Nav unit and electronic POD
- Accuracy and attention to detail required.
- Carry out deliveries in a timely and safe manner and provide excellent customer service acting as an ambassador for SRC Group.
- Drive the vehicle safely, minimising damage, reporting any incidents or accidents.
- Work in accordance with the law, highway code, environmental requirements and adhering to all company procedures, standards and policies.
- Operate a digital tachograph and have a clear understanding of tachograph and working time legislation.
- Keep the vehicle clean both inside and out, removal of contaminant from inside the vehicle body as required.
- Perform any other duty required by the company.
