Hybrid/London (UK) | £500–£550/day | Inside IR35 | 12-week contract | Start: 21 January 2026 SR2 are supporting a global organisation that has recently launched a new internal service to help technology teams resolve Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) across a wide portfolio of applications and platforms. Due to increasing demand, we are looking to engage an experienced Tech Support Consultant to support CAPA triage, coordination, and remediation activity through to closure. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to operate between technology teams, risk/compliance stakeholders, and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Triage incoming CAPAs from multiple technology teams and application areas Coordinate stakeholders to assess scope, severity, risk and required actions Facilitate structured root cause analysis (RCA) and issue investigation Develop, refine and present remediation proposals and action plans Track CAPA progress, manage dependencies, and escalate issues where required Collaborate with technology, compliance and delivery teams to ensure alignmentEssential Skills & Experience Proven experience in Technology Risk, GRC, or audit remediation Strong understanding of CAPA processes and RCA methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) Confident stakeholder management across technical and compliance audiences Ability to translate complex technical/compliance issues into clear, actionable plans Comfortable working in a matrixed, enterprise environment with multiple workstreamsDesirable Experience Regulated industry exposure (e.g., pharma, finance, public sector) Familiarity with control frameworks such as ITGC, SOX, GxP Experience using GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer)
