We are looking for SC-cleared PMO resources to support a large, complex technology transformation programme involving legacy infrastructure, supplier coordination, migration planning and service continuity. The role may cover RAID, planning, dependencies, governance and reporting, depending on experience. Ideal candidates will have data centre exit or cloud migration project experience. This is a remote role with occasional travel to London - an active SC clearance is required.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain RAID logs, action trackers and dependency maps.
  • Support integrated programme planning across multiple workstreams.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks and decisions.
  • Prepare governance packs, status reports and senior updates.
  • Support programme boards, assurance forums and delivery meetings.
  • Highlight blockers, slippage and emerging delivery risks.
  • Work with delivery, technical, commercial and supplier teams to maintain accurate reporting.

Essential experience

  • Active SC clearance.
  • Experience on large IT or technology transformation programmes.
  • Strong PMO experience across RAID, planning, governance, reporting or dependencies.
  • Confident working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.

Desirable experience

  • Cloud migration or data centre exit experience.
  • Public sector or central government experience.
  • Experience with MSP, Primavera, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence or Power BI.
