Job Description

Performance Analyst – AI – GovernmentJoin a multidisciplinary team delivering an AI-enabled solution for a government client. You’ll own the performance framework, instrumentation and insight that drive product decisions covering user outcomes, reliability, safety and cost.This role requires eligibility to become SC clearance and ideally some prior experience within government environments (although AI is the preference).What you’ll do
  • Define KPIs/OKRs and a measurement plan for AI features.
  • Implement event analytics (GA4), and data flows into BigQuery/Redshift.
  • Build decision-ready dashboards (Looker Studio/QuickSight).
  • Run and analyse A/B tests; make clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Establish AI evaluation metrics (e.g. task success, guardrail breaches, hallucination rate, latency, cost per outcome).
  • Ensure data quality, governance and privacy compliance

Essential experience

  • 3–5 years in performance/product analytics for digital services.
  • Strong SQL and warehouse experience (BigQuery/Redshift).
  • GA4 implementation and analysis.
  • Dashboarding with Looker Studio or AWS QuickSight.
  • Proven delivery in agile, multi-disciplinary teams; translating insight into roadmap decisions.

Desirable

  • Python for analysis; dbt or similar.
  • Observability for LLM/agentic systems (prompt/version telemetry, HITL oversight).
  • Solid statistics for experimentation and practical significance.
