A consulting firm is seeking an experienced consultant to support an operational improvement / transformation programme in a healthcare environment. This is an initial contract opportunity suited to someone with strong operational consulting, implementation, and stakeholder management experience.

The Role

  • You will join a transformation project focused on improving operational delivery in a complex setting.
  • The role will involve analysis, workflow ownership, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of a improvement / transformation programme
  • Engage stakeholders to gather information, align priorities, and maintain momentum
  • Own and improve workflows as part of programme delivery
  • Conduct analysis to identify issues, opportunities, and practical actions
  • Support implementation of agreed improvements
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Profile

  • 3-4+ years' experience in operational consultancy
  • Experience in discharge dashboards / discharge improvement
  • Experience delivering transformation work in healthcare or broader public sector settings
  • Healthcare transformation experience
  • Experience in implementation-led consulting engagements
  • Strong implementation experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • Clear, structured communicator
  • Strong analytical capability
  • High attention to detail and professional credibility
