I’m currently recruiting for a Manual QA Test Analyst to join a growing software house based in North Bristol. They are a great client of ours and you will be joining an awesome team of people.

They would like people based locally who are happy to come into the office a few days a week for the first few weeks of onboarding. Following that, they would like people with flexibility to come in for meetings as and when needed, with the ability to work remotely the rest of the time.

They are a great place to work as a tester as quality is a key part of their culture, with a strong focus on building quality software. They have created an environment where testers are truly valued and seen as essential to the development process. They already have a team of 12 QA professionals working across several teams, and now they’re looking to expand the team working on their core product.

They’re looking for confident, proactive Manual testers who are comfortable working independently on their scrum team. You will be working across Web and APIs, working closely with developers and Product Owners. They want people who are able to challenge assumptions and push for clarity on user stories that might be light on detail.

They are looking for people with several years of manual testing experience who can hit the ground running and make an impact quickly. They want people who are passionate about quality, not afraid to speak up about ways of making improvements, and are keen to work somewhere that takes QA seriously from the top down.

Salary is anywhere up to £48,000 dependent on experience plus good benefits.
