I’m currently recruiting for two Manual QA Test Analysts/Test Engineers to join a growing software house based in Bristol. They are a great client of ours and you will be joining an awesome team of people. You need to be comfortable coming into the office one day every couple of weeks but have flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time (or go into the office more if that’s your preference).
This is a company in the midst of exciting growth and transformation. Quality is a key part of their culture, with a strong focus on building quality software. Quality is embedded into their culture, and they’ve created an environment where testers are truly valued and seen as essential to the development process. They already have a team of 12 QA professionals working across several squads, and now they’re looking to expand further with two more experienced Manual Testers.
They’re looking for confident, proactive Manual testers who are comfortable working independently. You'll be working across web, APIs, and possibly some backend database testing with SQL. You’ll be engaging directly with Product Owners, often needing to clarify user stories that might be light on detail. The ability to challenge assumptions, push for clarity, and raise the quality bar is crucial here.
They are looking for people with several years of manual testing experience who can hit the ground running and make an impact quickly. They want people who are passionate about quality, not afraid to speak up about ways of making improvements, and are keen to work somewhere that takes QA seriously from the top down.
Salary is anywhere up to £45,000 dependent on experience. If you’d like to hear more please apply below to Sam Miller at SR2 – Socially Responsible Recruitment asap.
