SR2 is seeking an experienced User Researcher to join a major public sector digital programme. The role involves supporting multiple user research workstreams that underpin critical service transformation. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centred, accessible digital services that align with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in user research within public sector or similarly complex environments.
  • Ability to plan, conduct and analyse a range of research activities to understand user needs.
  • Confidence in working collaboratively with designers, developers, policy and delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of GDS principles and agile service design.

Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to work on-site in Stratford two days per week.
