Solution Data Architect - Data Insights & Personalisation
S2R are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a major data, insights and personalisation programme.
The role will focus on defining the architecture across customer data, analytics, segmentation and personalisation capabilities, ensuring alignment with the wider Data & Analytics Platform Strategy.
You will operate within a complex multi-supplier environment, so strong senior stakeholder engagement, supplier management and the ability to shape cross-platform architectural decisions will be essential.
Responsibilities
Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture across data, analytics and personalisation capabilities.
Design architectures supporting customer data, segmentation, insights and personalised experiences.
Translate business requirements into scalable data and technology solutions.
Define information flows, integration patterns, platform interactions and system dependencies.
Align programme-level solution designs with the wider Data & Analytics Platform Strategy.
Support architectural decisions covering data access, sharing, retention and lifecycle management.
Produce solution architecture artefacts, options assessments, design decisions and technical roadmaps.
Coordinate suppliers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to maintain architectural alignment.
