Our client is building the next generation of enterprise AI - systems that learn continuously from real-world processes. They are a Series A company backed by $30M in funding and are growing their Product Engineering team to tackle one of the hardest problems in applied AI.
The Role
As a Frontend Product Engineer, you will build their core platform, enabling an intuitive & user-friendly experience for all end clients. Your work will directly shape how users interact with the core product and the value they get from it. You will be comfortable working on end-to-end projects, from design through to deployment, being heavily user-centric and understanding user requirements via ongoing engagement with key clients. You will be an expert in React, having experience of greenfield builds and a track record of creating intuitive solutions that solve real-world engineering problems.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional React expertise
- Excellent understanding of UX and how it features in the end-to-end development of intuitive frontends (of which you will take full ownership)
- A strong product-oriented mindset
- Hands-on work with human-in-the-loop feedback, evaluation frameworks, or continuous learning pipelines
- Comfort operating at the boundary between research and real-world impact
- Experience in a start-up environment or an impactful role with a high degree of ownership within a big tech environment
