We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a high profile AI programme. You will work in a mixed team of business, technology, and process experts to deliver AI-driven solutions that improve core business processes.
You will be responsible for organising and guiding teams and removing blockers to keep the programme on track.
Key Responsibilities- Translating business requirements into clear actionable delivery plans
- Proactively unblocking issues and managing risks
- Facilitating and managing stand-ups
- Embedding Scrum and Agile best practices
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment
- Prior consulting experience (advantageous)
