We're supporting a global Life Sciences organisation on a major Data & AI transformation programme that's reshaping regulatory processes through automation, advanced analytics and AI. What you'll be doing
- Leading delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technology and data functions.
- Translating business requirements into clear user stories and delivery plans.
- Managing project timelines, risks, dependencies and key milestones.
- Removing delivery blockers and driving continuous improvement.
- Building strong relationships with Product Owners, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Reporting on delivery progress, risks and outcomes to programme leadership.
- Supporting the adoption of AI-enabled and data-driven ways of working.
What we're looking for
You'll be an engaging and collaborative delivery professional who enjoys bringing teams together and creating momentum within Agile environments.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Project Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Strong experience delivering complex projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working closely with software development, technology or data teams.
- The ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans and technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the confidence to remove blockers and challenge where appropriate.
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies and delivery reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry.
- Exposure to Data, AI, Machine Learning or Large Language Model (LLM) programmes.
- Experience supporting regulatory, compliance or digital transformation initiatives.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent).
