SR2 have an exciting short-term contract role for a Business Change Manager to join an in-flight government programme. The role will focus on the behavioural and cultural aspects of performance management, supporting leaders and managers in adopting and sustaining best-practice behaviours. Due to the nature of the role, active SC clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support to embed a framework into routine leadership and operational management practice
  • Support managers to move from reporting performance to actively managing it
  • Mentor operational managers in interpreting data, identifying trends, and addressing root causes
  • Support adoption of continuous improvement mindsets
  • Address resistance or confidence gaps linked to performance management
  • Develop and deliver a communications plan aligned to the embedding programme

Required Experience and Skills

  • Active SC clearance
  • Background in change management, coaching, or organisational development
  • Practical experience supporting performance-led culture change
  • Demonstrable experience of coaching and mentoring operational management teams in the practical use of KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to produce clear, concise and engaging communications
