The RoleWe have partnered with a company within the medical industry, who after continued growth throughout 2024 have decided to hire three more .NET/C# software developers, ranging from mid-senior level. You'll be joining an established team of over 35 professionals, including full-stack developers, testers, QA and product professionals, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of web-based and application software solutions.
You will work across the full software stack within the latest technologies, in an AGILE way of working within SCRUM teams. You will utilise your skills to design, build and maintain scalable, reliable and secure REST API’s, web based solutions and software applications in a microservices architecture.
You will have a thirst for knowledge and be keen to keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the market, contribute new ideas to the business and have a voice in the way things are done within an established team.
As a Lead Developer, you will mentor the existing team and take the technical lead on projects. You will be able to communicate technical issues to both non-technical and technical people. You will have a grasp of architecture and its principles, being able to break down solutions.
