The opportunity is to take genuine ownership of ML architecture, lead talented engineers and deliver production-grade AI systems that solve meaningful real-world problems.
What we're looking for
Strong Python and applied ML expertise, with experience using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Scikit-learn.
You'll have a proven track record deploying ML into production, strong cloud and MLOps experience, and the ability to lead engineers through complex systems design and delivery.
Defence experience is advantageous but not essential.
UK Security Clearance eligibility is required.
Package & flexibility
£130,000-£150,000 salary, strong benefits package and generous holiday allowance.
UK remote-based with travel to customer sites up to 3 days per week, typically less depending on project requirements.
