Junior Project Manager- Inside IR35- Remote- £200/day 6 months initially SR2 are working with a great consultancy who are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join them ASAP and support a healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have strategic vision, multidisciplinary team management skills, and technical knowledge in agile methodologies, software product development, and budget management. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and supervise programs/projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and quality standards. Manage scope, risks, changes, and incidents during the project lifecycle. Coordinate and motivate the team, assign tasks, resolve conflicts, and evaluate performance. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders. Prepare regular reports on project status, results, and lessons learned. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Work with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to achieve project objectives. Develop and maintain program roadmaps and comprehensive plans. Monitor, evaluate, and report on project status. Requirements 2-3 years of project management experience.
