SR2 are currently recruiting for Junior Project Manager role within the Healthcare sector. The role is initially on a 3-6month contract (with view to extend). This is a fully remote role with very occasional travel to end client site in central London but we would consider fully remote working professionals.
This opportunity involves leading innovation programs/projects, strategic vision, multidisciplinary team management, software product development, and budget management.

Plan, execute, and supervise programs/projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.

Manage scope, risks, changes, and incidents during the project life cycle.

Prepare regular reports on project status, results, and lessons learned.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Work with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to achieve project objectives.

Develop and maintain program roadmaps and comprehensive plans.

Monitor, evaluate, and report on project status, including scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with strategic goals.

Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and deliver presentations on project status.

Adhere to project management methods, life cycle methodologies, and audit requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related areas.

2-3 years of project management experience.

Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).

Extensive budget management experience ($3M+).

Change Management experience.

Bonus of Healthcare IT project management experience.
