A high growth AI product company is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a strong engineering team building a platform already being used at meaningful scale. This is the kind of environment where engineers are trusted with real ownership, expected to contribute to technical direction, and surrounded by people who care deeply about building good products well. The product is live, revenue is strong, customers are using it daily, and growth is happening quickly enough that engineering quality and scalability now matter just as much as speed. They are still early enough that strong engineers can heavily influence architecture, product direction, engineering standards, and how the platform evolves over the next few years.
What you'll be doing:
- Building end to end product features across frontend and backend
- Designing APIs, backend services, data models, and user facing functionality
- Improving platform performance, usability, reliability, and maintainability as usage scales
- Contributing to technical direction and engineering standards across the product
- Working closely with product and design teams to shape solutions collaboratively
- Mentoring and supporting other engineers through strong technical practice and communication
- Making pragmatic engineering decisions without overengineering everything into oblivion
Tech stack:
- Frontend: Vue.js / TypeScript
- Backend: Python / FastAPI
- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS / Azure, Terraform, GitHub Actions
They are absolutely open to engineers from adjacent stacks. Strong product engineers are being considered if they are comfortable operating across modern web systems.
What they're looking for:
- Strong experience building production software across frontend and backend systems
- Experience owning technical decisions and delivering customer facing product functionality
- Engineers who care about usability and product outcomes, not only clean abstractions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making sensible trade offs
- Experience within startup, scale up, or product led environments is beneficial
The calibre bar is high! The team is intentionally small, thoughtful, and technically strong. Engineers here are expected to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and operate with a high degree of autonomy. For the right person, it is one of those rare opportunities where you get meaningful ownership, a smart team, commercial traction, strong funding, and a product that is already proving itself in the market, without joining so late that all the interesting decisions have already been made.
