SR2 are working with a consultancy delivering an innovative government project exploring the use of agentic AI to create more personalised services for citizens.
We’re looking for a Content Designer with experience shaping content for AI-driven tools, with strong skills in early-phase projects (discovery and proof-of-concept) and an ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
Key Details
Start: Early October 2025
Contract: Until 31st March 2026 (initial)
Rate: Up to £500/day (Outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid – remote with some central London travel
Clearance: SC clearable required (active SC desirable)Responsibilities
Develop clear, user-centred content strategies for a new AI-enabled service.
Explore content models and patterns in an AI-driven environment.
Work closely with service designers, researchers, and technical specialists in discovery and proof-of-concept.
Ensure outputs meet both user needs and government service standards.Experience Required
Proven background as a Content Designer in agile teams.
Experience working on projects involving AI services/tools.
Discovery and proof-of-concept experience essential; public sector exposure desirable.
