Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) UK (London / Ipswich / Leeds - flexible) | 110,000- 130,000 base, Competitive Bonus weighted towards high performance We are partnering with a growing UK software and consulting business to find a commercially driven Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale their sales function. Our client specialises in IT Service Management (ITSM), implementing and reselling and ServiceNow.. They work across Defence, Central Government and Financial Services, and are now investing in senior commercial leadership to take revenue to the next level. The opportunity This is a genuine player/coach role for someone who wants to sell from the front and upskill a team behind them. You will personally carry a target and win new business, while coaching and developing the existing sellers and bringing structure to how the business goes to market. It suits an ambitious, hungry commercial leader who wants to prove what they can do and be rewarded for it. The package is deliberately weighted toward performance, with a lower base, strong OTE and an uncapped bonus accelerator that can take total earnings well beyond plan for those who over-deliver.
