Workday Studio | EIBs | Core Connectors | REST APIs | HRIS | Remote
SR2 is working with a consultancy client on a large-scale Workday implementation and looking for an experienced Workday Certified Developer with strong C# and API integration expertise.
This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining complex integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable. You’ll work closely with HRIS, business, and technical stakeholders, providing both hands-on development and architectural input.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs
Build and maintain robust integrations with third-party applications using C# and REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with HRIS, business, and technical teams to define and deliver integration requirements
Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance for Workday integration architecture
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to minimise disruption
Produce clear documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teamsSkills & Experience Required:
Workday Integration Certification
Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors
Proven background in C# development in integration-heavy environments
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and XSLT
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global, distributed environment
Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working in delivery-focused teamsNice to Have:
Experience with enterprise-level Workday rollouts or HRIS transformations
Knowledge of Azure or other cloud integration platforms
