As a Bid Writer, you will play a vital role in helping the company secure new business opportunities by creating high-quality, persuasive proposals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and write compelling, customer-focused proposals to secure new business contracts. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, sales, legal, and finance, to gather input for bids. Tailor bid responses to meet client needs while highlighting key value propositions. Familiarity with bid processes, including compliance and quality checks. Ability to deliver high-quality documentation under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion. Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously. Attention to detail and creativity in crafting proposals.Desirable Skills: Knowledge of uncrewed aircraft systems or the aerospace sector. Experience with creating concepts of operations (CONOPS). Familiarity with public and private sector tendering procedures.Personal Attributes: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
