Job Description
- Plan, design, and implement AWS cloud infrastructure to support service migration and growth
- Build, release, and manage configuration of production systems
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins (Groovy)
- Support container-based technologies with Docker and AWS ECS
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions with CloudWatch and SNS
- Troubleshoot cloud applications across infrastructure, back-end, and front-end domains
- Ensure security best practices and compliance across all AWS environments
- Evaluate new technology options, vendors, and tooling, with clear documentation and handover
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, deploying AWS environments using Terraform
- Hands-on AWS experience with RDS, ECS, API Gateway, and SNS
- Skilled with DevOps tools: Vault, Artifactory, Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube
- Proven track record designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of AWS networking: VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, load balancing, Route 53
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation
- Version control expertise with Git (GitHub/GitLab)
- Incident response, debugging, and root cause analysis in cloud environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Java, Spring, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular.js)
- Knowledge of authentication solutions (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML)
- AWS certifications (Architect, Developer, or SysOps)
- Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS engineering experience
