Are you an Application Support Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and ensuring system stability? As an Application Support Engineer, you will:

Ensure observability tools are configured to give full visibility of system health.
Respond to incidents and urgent issues in a timely and effective manner.
Investigate and triage operational issues in collaboration with the wider engineering team.
Maintain and improve the reliability, scalability, and quality of operational services.
Document and report on defects, problems, and risks, sharing knowledge through dashboards and coaching.What We\’re Looking For

Proven experience working in an operations or support team managing SaaS applications.
A strong background in SQL Server and Azure SQL.
Experience with Log Analytics and Kusto Query Language (KQL).If you are someone who can calmly and competently coordinate incident responses and communicate fluently with both engineers and client success teams, then we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in either London or Manchester, with a competitive salary of £(phone number removed) per annum.
