Application Support Analyst | Salary £30-35k | Hybrid (2 days a week on the border of Gloucestershire & Wiltshire)

I’m working with a fantastic company based in Gloucestershire, who are looking to add an Application Support Analyst to their growing team.
They’re a company based on an ethos of treating their customers with honesty & integrity – the entire business really cares about providing an amazing service and treating customers as people!
In recent times they’ve grown their engineering team to support a modernisation of their core products and take their offering to the next level.
You’ll have experience in an Application Support role previously, or transferable skills and an interest in developing your technical skills further. This is an organisation that supports career development, so there will be genuine opportunities to develop your skills further.
Please note that this role is two days a week on the border of Gloucestershire & Wiltshire, and you will likely need to drive to be able to visit the office.
What you’ll need:
Experience in either an application support, IT support or relevant technical role
A strong technical base of knowledge, ideally across databases, scripting, application monitoring tools and incident management systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Methodical and highly organised
Excellent communication skills, both to technical & non-technical members of the team
High levels of initiative and a desire to develop your skills further
Be able to drive to the office a couple of times a week in Gloucestershire/Wiltshire area
