SR2 is supporting an award-winning consultancy in line with a new project they have secured. These roles will be outside IR35, remote and with good longevity (initial 6 month contract). They're looking for a Senior Engineer with strong experience in game engines and geospatial technologies to join a growing team working on innovative, simulation-driven platforms.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience developing interactive features using MapLibre, MapTiler, and CesiumJS
- Hands-on development using Unreal Engine or Godot for simulation/gaming environments
- Comfortable operating in Agile environments, attending ceremonies and contributing to team planning
- Ability to provide accurate time estimates and deliver against Agile sprints
- Skilled in implementing responsive, mobile-friendly web layouts for cross-device usability
- Experience with application performance tuning, including databases and Front End components
- High attention to quality, with strong adherence to coding and delivery standards
