We are seeking a highly skilled DV Cleared Planner/Scheduler to join our team at within the MOD. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong planning and scheduling background, particularly at the Portfolio level.
Key Details:
- Contract Duration: Initially 6 months, with potential extension to 12 months + for the right candidate
- Location: Full-time, on-site
- IR35 Status: Inside IR35
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years, with at least 2 years of recent experience within the last 24 months
- Security Clearance: DV (Developed Vetting) clearance required
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage master planning and scheduling efforts at the portfolio level
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and project managers to ensure efficient and effective planning processes
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight on project planning and scheduling activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and systems
Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in planning and scheduling, with a strong emphasis on recent experience within the last 24 months
- Extensive experience working at the Portfolio level
- Expertise in project management tools, methodologies, and processes
