Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Consultant We're supporting a large media and publishing business that needs an experienced CRO Executive to cover a key internal role for around six months.
You'll step into a live, established CRO function, reporting to the Head of CRO, and pick the work up quickly with minimal ramp-up.
This is a hands-on delivery role, not a strategy-only one: you'll be running experiments day to day and driving measurable conversion improvements across app and web.
What you'll be doing Owning and running app experimentation, including through Purchasely, plus web experimentation and wider CRO initiatives Designing, building and analysing A/B tests end to end, from hypothesis through to result and recommendation Using AI to accelerate and scale experimentation, bringing modern, AI-driven approaches to how tests are built and iterated Taking day-to-day direction from a senior CRO stakeholder while operating independently on delivery Turning experimentation results into clear, actionable insight that moves conversion and revenue metrics What we're looking for 3+ years' in-house CRO experience (agency-only background is fine, but in-house is essential) A genuine hands-on tester: comfortable building and running A/B and multivariate experiments without support Experience with app and web experimentation; fam...
