ESR2 are recruiting an experienced Clinical Safety Officer (CSO) to support a major healthcare programme. You will lead on clinical safety across digital products, ensuring compliance with NHS England's Clinical Safety Management System (CSMS) and standards DCB 0129 and DCB 0160.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as clinical signatory on Clinical Safety Case Reports (CSCR)
  • Conduct risk identification and assessments across the product life cycle
  • Define Safety Assurance Levels (SAL) and support hazard workshops
  • Advise on safe clinical design and lead incident reviews

Essential Experience:

  • 5+ years as a Clinical Safety Officer
  • Strong NHS/healthcare delivery background
  • Proven experience with DCB 0129 & 0160 compliance
  • Comfortable operating in agile, client-facing environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
